Mandy @ A Sorta Fairytale is having an awesome challenge called Snoozing... I was so excited to add this picture! I have been wanting to post this picture. The twins are getting so big! 4 Months already! No matter where they are in the crib when we first lay them down most of the time they will find each other! They really love one another.

My daughter is used A LOT for my assignments and with most the pictures that I took her hand was alone... but as I was adjusting my camera...ON MANUAL... it took a long time and if you look at her fingers they are pruned, also she wouldn't stay with her hand reaching out so my husbands hand is holding hers up. I liked this picture the best which happened to be the VERY last picture as I was dumping the last of the pitcher of water on their hands... I love this shot! I even edited it a bit made it lighter but the comments on my flickr made me realize that I, as well as they, liked it better dark...
As September 11th gets closer and closer I am reminded of the mighty men that risked their lives that awful day when the towers went down, and I get a little choked up because my hubby is working on becoming one of those valiant men. Right now he is a volunteer with the Kirkland Dept. and I couldn't be prouder! People often ask me if I am scared of this new found dream of his, and to be quite honest I was terrified at first... then I remembered that I belive that when it is our time to go, it's our time to go... what would I want my husband to be doing when it's his time to go? I want him to be saving a life...
